Mapping Data
MAP Consultancy have developed a bespoke, agent AI tool to create Geospatial Location and Site-specific data and analysis. This unique facility provides efficient Data collection and critical feedback to clients when making early decisions on land acquisition or initial land development strategies.
Design + Creativity
The value we bring as Architects is imagination and the process of critical thinking and creativity. We provide the design vision through innovation and to imagine the human experience when making new forms of housing or master planning new neighbourhoods and urban quarters.
Design Analysis
MAP Consultancy utilise the latest 3D digital cloud-based software such as Autodesk Forma site design. This allows us test early Design Proposals and make informed decisions through Data driven Planning Analysis. We run early-stage analysis for sunlight and daylight, microclimate, wind, noise and other parameters.
Viability Check
At MAP Consultancy we also provide early stage ‘Order of Magnitude Costings’ (OMC) and viability check on design proposals and options. This exercise is carried out in collaboration with our Q.S partners. It informs project budgets, facilitates financial modelling and return on investments.
